A Message From the President
As a self-employed entrepreneur for 25 years in the non-profit arena, and as a community manager with local management companies, I have developed a specialized business approach to the nuts and bolts, the ups and downs in this industry. As a past president of my Home Owners Association, I understand your needs from the shoe leather to the fiduciary oversight. That's why I've created Community Management of Oregon, to be better! Better for the client; more economical, less bureaucratic, more responsive, and customized for your Association.
Technology has allowed new advances in the work force. Bigger is not always better. Designing the approach specifically to meet the needs of your association is what I do best. It's all about being better.
